Carraro India Ltd share price slipped 0.61% to Rs 535.8 after the company's net profit plunged by 24.71% to Rs 31.39 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 10.23% to Rs 544.68 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Auto Components & Equipments industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 11.11 lakh crore, rising 5.53%. It has marginally improved by 4.66% over last one week and advanced by 12.05% in last one month while the market capitalization of Carraro India Ltd has inched up 0.92% and 6.57% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Carraro India Ltd stood at Rs 42.03 crore in Q2 FY26, easing 9.34% year-on-year, and nosediving by 23.44% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 30 crore, crashing by 26.61% YoY and tanking 46.39% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 7.65% to Rs 512.17 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 426.24 crore, softening by 6.20% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 45.43 crore, expanding by 11.46% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew marginally by 1.04% to Rs 1807.55 crore, while net profit surged by 40.89% to Rs 88.14 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 11590% to Rs 154.79 crore, and PBT soared 40.64% to Rs 118.66 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 76.29 crore in FY26, as against Rs 112.19 crore in FY25. Carraro India Ltd jumped 11.71% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.64% during the same period.
